What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is a box of flowers or a box of any enhancement. No limit on amount of money.


What are the discounts for large orders?

There are discounts for large orders but must request a quote as the discount depends on many factors. Contact via email to indicate your proposal and will respond as soon as possible.


What are Gold Customers?

Our GOLD Customers enjoy special discounts for all orders that directly reflected in your shopping cart. You must have completed a minimum of 3 purchases through our website. If you want to be part of GOLD Customers can contact us at our Contact section.


Do prices include VAT and delivery?

The prices published in our catalog are exclusive of VAT, you will see the amount for the VAT reflected in your shopping cart. Shipping charges are not included in the time of purchase may choose to collect your order at our offices free of charge or we make a guaranteed express delivery Seur. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart, only to domestic shipments, depending on the size of your order (10 euros for a box with an addition of 5 euros for each box). 


Do you deliver outside of Spain?

We deliver throughout Europe. We have very good rates. Contact via email for a quote.


What forms of payment do you accept?

To order online you can pay by credit / debit card, or make a deposit directly into our account via Internet or at your bank. In our office / warehouse can pay by cash or credit / debit card.


How I can place my order?

You can order online through this website.

You can also order by phone. We will confirm when the total of your order and take note of your wishes.

You can also place your order by email or sms (more information in the Contact section). Your order will come into our system and we will call to confirm the order, the price and release date.


If I place my order today, when will I receive?

If we have received your order before 12.00, we will do everything possible so that will be delivered the next business day before 19.00. Always confirm it when ordering.

If there is one exception: If you have a week with many backlog will have to change the delivery time to 48 to 72 hours.


Can I choose colors?

We have 6 different starting packs with a different selection in each box. We tried to mix with all the popular colors. We can not do other mixtures because the packs are manufactured and sealed in our factory.


Do I have to pay VAT for orders outside of Spain?

If you have your VAT registration number and customs we can confirm, do not pay VAT.


Can I have exclusivity in my area?

We can give exclusivity to new areas where we have no customers. Contact via email to forward your proposal and will respond as soon as possible.

Viewings: Viewings or collections from our warehouse can be made 7 days a week, and out of normal hours, by appointment.

Payments: Online orders can be paid by debit card, credit card or bank transfer (via the Internet or at your bank). Payments at the warehouse can be made by debit card, credit card or cash.

Tracking: After payment, we will confirm your order with a tracking number so you can track your goods directly with SEUR.
